The challenge was to introduce a new spa within a landmark hotel while avoiding anything that felt generic or expected of luxury wellness brands.
The goal: to craft a brand that felt timeless and refined, yet warm and human, inviting guests to slow down, disconnect, and fully immerse themselves in the experience.
Spa Soleá is a luxury urban spa located within the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, designed as a calm retreat from the pace of city life.
The project focused on creating a brand identity and digital presence that felt elevated, intentional, and deeply restorative, aligning seamlessly with the Fairmont’s legacy while standing confidently on its own.

The process began with defining Spa Soleá’s philosophy: care shaped with intention, luxury expressed in quiet ways, presence that deepens experience, hospitality that feels human and renewal that feels in reach.
This guided every creative decision, from a muted, earthy colour palette to elegant typography and spacious layouts that allow the brand to breathe. The website and printed materials were designed to mirror the in-spa experience, using restrained visuals and thoughtful hierarchy to guide guests with ease.
The brand launched with a polished, cohesive brand presence that feels aligned with both modern wellness culture and the Fairmont’s heritage. The website supports discovery and booking with clarity, while the additional collateral reinforces trust and refinement in-spa. Together, the brand and digital experience position Spa Soleá as a destination for meaningful rest and renewal in the heart of the city.
